You can export plate documents, and collections of workflows to EXCEL format by selecting File->Export->Selected Documents. You have a choice of exporting workflows for both plate and workflow documents, and also exporting a plate summary in the case of plate documents. Workflow exports will contain up to three sheets (a summary, a list of PCR reactions, and a list of Sequencing reactions). Plate exports will contain one sheet for each plate exported.
You can export the primer summary of either plates, or groups of workflows. Select your plates and/or workflows in Geneious, then select File->Export->Selected Documents, and choose the primer summary format. The excel file will have between one and three sheets, depending on the contents of the documents you export. Sheet one is a workflow summary sheet, and shows the most recent stauts of any workflows you export. Sheets two and three show primer information for any workflows and plates you export (PCR and Sequencing primers respectively)
You can export any number of plates to an EXCEL file to make a backup. Select your plates and/or workflows in Geneious, then select File->Export->Selected Documents, and choose the plate backup format. The file will contain a sheet for each selected plate, showing reaction information for each well. You have the option to include the FIMS fields for each well, or just the reaction information.
